The Heijunka course is designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the principles and techniques of heijunka, a lean manufacturing practice that aims to level production and reduce waste. The course covers the history and background of heijunka, as well as the benefits of implementing heijunka in a manufacturing environment.
