The LEAN Leadership course is designed to provide leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills required to create a culture of continuous improvement within their organization. The course covers the key principles and practices of LEAN Leadership, including the identification and elimination of waste, implementation of a standardized work environment, and the creation of a vision and mission statement. Participants will also learn the key behaviors and techniques required of LEAN Leaders, such as respect for people, leading by example, empowering employees, and consistently demonstrating and reinforcing LEAN principles.
The course also covers techniques for building high-performing LEAN teams, including the development of team members with a LEAN mindset, fostering teamwork and collaboration, and encouraging cross-functional learning and development. Additionally, the course teaches participants how to sustain a LEAN culture by using data and feedback to continuously improve processes and behaviors, addressing challenges and obstacles to LEAN implementation, and celebrating successes.
